Accepted research papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. The extended versions of high quality innovative research papers from the registered papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in Scopus Indexed Elsevier Journal on Digital Communications and Networks Special Issue on“Evolution of Information and Communication Technology towards 5G: New Emerging Areas, Technologies, Protocols and Applications”.
